Description
Myrtillocactus geometrizans, commonly known as the Blue Candle Cactus, is a beautifully architectural species with upright, branching stems in a soft blue-green tone. As it matures, it develops a striking candelabra-like form, making it a sculptural addition to shelves, desks or sunny spots.
Native to Mexico, this is an easy-going cactus that thrives with minimal care. Its clean lines and subtle colouring make it a versatile choice, working equally well in modern and more traditional interiors.
Care & styling tips
Place in a bright position with plenty of light, including some direct sun. Allow the compost to dry out fully between waterings, and reduce watering significantly in winter. Feed monthly during the growing season with a cactus fertiliser.
