What to expect when ordering indoor plants and accessories from Jayne’s Emporium.

Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated timescales and charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed. Dispatch timings may vary by product type and order volume.

When a plant arrives
Open the parcel promptly, remove protective packaging carefully and inspect the plant in good light. Natural variation in leaf shape, pattern, colour and size is part of purchasing a living plant.

Transit concerns
If an order appears damaged in transit, photograph the outer parcel, internal packaging and product as soon as it is opened. Contact Jayne’s Emporium promptly with the order number and images so the issue can be reviewed.

Returns
Contact the store before returning an item. Return eligibility and instructions depend on the product and circumstances. This information does not affect your statutory rights.

Changing or cancelling an order
Contact the store as soon as possible. Once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.
